UoWM Scholarships for PhD Candidates

The University of Western Macedonia may provide doctoral candidates with scholarships based on excellence criteria and reciprocal scholarships for the provision of work or for participation in research and developmentalprojects. The calls are published on the website of the University, the Department and the DSP.

Accessibility Centre for Students of Vulnerable Social Groups (MYFEO in Greek)

The mission of the Centre is to achieve in practice equal access to academic studies for students with different abilities, requirements, and needs through the provision of adaptations to the environment, Assistive Information Technologies, Access Services, Counselling Services and Financial Aid.

Student Ombudsman 

The Student Ombudsman, is a service subject to Law 4009/2011, aiming at  a) due process in the context of academic freedom, b) mediation between students and the University academic staff or administrative services c) fight against incompetent management and d) the proper functioning of the University.https://www.uowm.gr/en/student-ombudsman/
