Research Ethics
The UoWM has set up a Research Ethics Committee (REC) with the aim of providing a moral and ethical guarantee of the reliability of research projects carried out at the UoWM. The REC checks whether a research project is carried out with respect for the dignity of human beings, the autonomy of the persons involved, their privacy and personal data, and the natural and cultural environment. The REC also verifies that the generally accepted principles of research integrity and the criteria of good scientific practice are respected.
